Paneer Butter Masala




Ingredients for Gravy

Tomato - 6 medium
Onion - 2 big ones
Bay Leaves - 3
Red chillies -3
Green chillies - 3
Ginger - a slice
Cashews - 1/2 cup
water - 1cup

Cinnamon - 2
Cardamon - 6
Garlic- 6




Methods:
Add the above ingredients and put it in pan close with lid for 15 mins and then grind to paste. 


Ingredients to cook


Butter  - 4-5tsp
Oil - 1tsp
Red kashmiri chilli powder 1.5 tsp
Paneer - 600 gms (Click Here to know more about home made Paneer)
Fenugreek - 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1tsp
Cream - 1/2 cup( You can have it without cream also)

Methods :

1. Add butter and oil into the pan.
2. Add Kashmiri chilli into this. Stir it for 30 seconds
3. Also add grind mixture, stir/cook 5 mins
4. Add 2 tsp salt and paneer and cook for 5-7mins. And stir occasionally.
5. Add garam masala, sugar and fenugreek.
6. Cook for 1min then add 1/2 cream.

Your paneer butter masala is ready.
